I spent 3 years as Executive Assistant to the COO at Vodafone — watching how decisions get made at the top, how organizations move (or fail to move), and what the gap looks like between strategy and execution.
Then came HP, where I led the rollout of an internal AI Assistant to 12,000+ employees — achieving 40% adoption growth and moving the satisfaction score from 2.8 to 4.1. That program taught me that technology is never the problem. People, structure, and clarity are.
At SAP and Société Générale, I worked on UX strategy across digital products — learning to design not just for users, but for the organizational systems around them.
Then I started seeing the same pattern everywhere: talented professionals — technically capable, deeply experienced — stuck. Not from lack of skill. From lack of a clear path, a repositioned story, and a community that knew where they were going.
